When you take part in the Med Center Health Diabetes Education Program, you’re getting the best information available anywhere. You’ll receive one-on-one support and guidance to help you make better decisions about managing the disease and preventing complications that can impact your life.

Following standards set by the American Diabetes Association, our program is staffed by experts and healthcare professionals trained specifically in the latest diabetes management strategies. Our certified diabetes nurse educator and registered dietitian work closely with your physician to design a program especially for you.

We are in this journey with you. We are committed to helping you minimize complications, reduce your worries and achieve your health goals. Diabetes education is also covered by most insurance plans and Medicare. That can help ease worry, too.

Med Center Health Vaccine Clinic Update
The COVID-19 vaccine and booster are available at Medical Center Urgentcare located at 291 New Towne Drive in Bowling Green for those 12 and older. For those under 12, the vaccine is available at Med Center Health Primary Care Bowling Green.
