Getting Started with mychart

MyChart is your patient portal for Med Center Health. It lets you schedule appointments, ask your care team a question, pay your medical bill, review your medical record and more from your personal device.

MyChart will provide a more connected and convenient way to manage your healthcare. By bringing more of your health information and services together in one place, MyChart can make it easier to stay informed and involved in your care.

Med Center Health will begin using MyChart on November 3, 2026. We will provide additional information and instructions as we get closer to launch.

For now, continue using Med Center Health’s current patient portal MyRecord as usual. As the MyChart launch approaches, we’ll provide information about account activation and any steps you may need to take. We also recommend making sure your email address and mobile phone number are up to date with Med Center Health.

Med Center Health’s current patient portal MyRecord will remain available until December 4, 2026. On December 5, 2026 MyRecord will no longer update with patient information. We will provide more information before the transition, so you know how and when to begin using MyChart.

Your scheduled appointments will remain scheduled during the transition. You do not need to reschedule an appointment simply because Med Center Health is transitioning to MyChart.

Beginning November 3, 2026, you can sign up for Med Center Health MyChart:

  • Through an activation code or link.
  • During a visit.
