- By phone — Call us at 270-796-6886, Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, to receive an estimate. We welcome the opportunity to speak directly to our patients about the costs associated with upcoming care.

Estimate your cost of care
Med Center Health’s price estimate tool allows patients to self-generate out-of-pocket cost estimates. In order for the price estimate tool to provide you with the most accurate estimate possible, the following information is required:
Type of Visit
Whether your hospital stay will be outpatient or inpatient.
Appropriate billing code (CPT, HCPCS or DRG)
This can be located on the order from your doctor or by contacting your physician’s office for the billing code or detailed description of services.
Current health insurance information
- Name of insurance company
- Type of plan (PPO, HMO, etc.)
- Member ID number
Note: If you do not have health insurance, a discount is offered for medically necessary services. Please contact our billing department at 270-745-1100 for more information. You can also review our financial assistance policy online at CFRBilling.com.
