Primary Care Munfordville, formerly known as Munfordville Primary Care Clinic, and a department of The Medical Center at Caverna, is a rural health clinic that provides medical services for the residents of Hart County and the surrounding region. Our staff is friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and we strive to provide quality service for the patients of this area. Our professionally trained team makes every effort to make your visit pleasant. Each team member cares about you and would like to help you in any way possible.
