Seeking Board Eligible or Board-Certified Physicians in Anesthesiology to join a growing practice in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Practice Model:

  • Collaborative, consultative MD/CRNA team
  • Independent in-house General and OB CRNAs overnight
  • Strong leadership culture and perioperative collaboration
  • Excellent relationships with administration, surgeons and OR staff
  • Overall environment that values both technical expertise and interdisciplinary cooperation

Clinical Environment:

  • Diverse case mix encompassing General, OB/Gyn, Vascular, Orthopedics and more
  • Shifts average 12-hour Monday through Friday
  • Weekend shifts are a standard 8-hour “anchor” role
  • With in-house CRNA coverage, on-call needs after 8pm are rare and only under critical circumstances

This is a rewarding consultative model with highly skilled CRNAs. We support our CRNAs through leadership and connecting with various perioperative stakeholders. Great opportunity for professional growth built on a solid foundation of collaboration with our CRNA team, surgeons, and perioperative staff as well as SRNA rotations with surrounding SRNA programs.
