Primary Care Program Services

The WorkLife Primary Care Program offers primary care services to meet both sick/sudden onset illnesses as well as preventive and wellness screenings. Services provided at these clinics are NO COST to employees and dependents covered by your employer’s health plan. Services provided at our clinics are at no cost to employees and dependents covered by employer health plan.
