About Russell K. Heltsley , III, O.D.
Dr. Heltsley’s focus is on his patients. He practices the full scope of optometry, including examinations, glasses, contact lenses and the treatment and management of eye disease. In his spare time, he enjoys being with his family, especially outdoors. He is a sports fan, hunter and shooter.
