MyCareCorner

MyCareCorner is an online health portal for patients of The Medical Center at Albany. Having real time access to your health data and to your care team means you’re more actively involved in your own healthcare.

Note: The Medical Center at Albany’s Patient Portal relates to services provided at The Medical Center at Albany ONLY and will not include health information from any other healthcare facilities that you may have utilized for health services.

Just like the desktop version, the app is built on a secure platform.

If you so choose, family members and other caregivers can access your health record. They can simply sign into the mobile app with their current credentials, after access has been shared.

Log in through the app or MyCareCorner.net.

What if I have questions about my medical record?

Contact The Medical Center at Albany at 606-387-6421 and select option 6 for Medical Records.

How do I download the MyCareCorner App?

  1. Once you receive an email to join MyCareCorner, click the link in the email to create your account.
  2. After creating an account, download MyCareCorner from the App Store or Google Play Store.
  3. Now that the MyCareCorner app is downloaded on your phone, log in with the account you just created so you can have anytime access to your record. You will be prompted to create a 4-digit pin for simple sign-in in the future.

Patient Guide to Sharing Your Record in MyCareCorner

The Share Record option in MyCareCorner allows you to share your health record with other people, such as a spouse, parent, or children. Sharing your record allows them to view and update your health information, depending on the level of access you give them. Access can be changed or removed at any time.

Patient Guide to Adding Additional Family Members

Additional family members (spouse, children, and/or parents) can be added to a registered MyCareCorner account once a healthcare provider (hospital or clinic) provides the family member with an email or a printed copy of the registration instructions for MyCareCorner.

Med Center Health Vaccine Clinic Update
The COVID-19 vaccine and booster are available at Medical Center Urgentcare located at 291 New Towne Drive in Bowling Green for those 12 and older. For those under 12, the vaccine is available at Med Center Health Primary Care Bowling Green.
