Fresh RX for MOMS
FreshRx for MOMs is a collaboration of Need More Acres Farm and Community Farm Alliance, funded by a USDA/NIFA GusNIP grant. Participants will receive a weekly home delivery of $24 worth of fruits and vegetables.
Eligibility Criteria:
FreshRx for MOMs participants must be:
- Currently pregnant (before 32 weeks)
- Currently living in Allen or Warren counties
- Currently enrolled in Medicaid
- Attending regular visits with a physician or midwife (telemedicine visits acceptable)
