About Jessica Carver

Mrs. Jessica Carver brings extensive development experience to the College Heights Foundation in her role of Vice President. She previously served as Director of Development for the College of Education and Behavioral Sciences, Director of Planned Giving, and Assistant Director of Annual Giving in the area of Development and Alumni Relations at WKU. She shares a strong connection to WKU, as she graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism and in 2014 with a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication at WKU.  She is an active member of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education and has served on the CASE Kentucky Planning Committee and as a CASE District III judging coordinator.

Jessica is a member of the Southern Kentucky Estate Planning Council, member of the Bowling Green Rotary Club, Salvation Army Advisory Board member, Arts of Southern Kentucky Board member, and is a published author in the area of nonprofit communication in the text, Case Studies of Nonprofit Organizations and Volunteers.  She is also a 2019 graduate of the Leadership Bowling Green program and co-chair/chair for 2023-2024 classes. Jessica was an advisor for Alpha Delta Pi Sorority at WKU from 2012 until 2022.

Jessica is a native of Bowling Green and currently resides there with her family.
