Med Center Health Welcomes Jacob Moore, D.O.

Med Center Health is proud to welcome Jacob Moore, D.O. to its Hospitalist team with Med Center Health’s Inpatient Medicine Associates. He joins a team of 13 providers who specialize in the general medical care of hospitalized patients at The Medical Center.

Dr. Moore earned his medical degree at the University of Pikeville – Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency training right here in Bowling Green at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine (Bowling Green) – Internal Medicine Residency Program.  He relocates from Evansville, Indiana where he worked at Deaconess Midtown Hospital.
