Request EpicCare Link Access

Access to EpicCare Link is available to eligible community providers and staff who need access to Med Center Health patient information or referral tools.

Is your practice already using EpicCare Link?

If your facility already has EpicCare Link, do not submit a new site request. Contact your facility’s Link Site Administrator to request an individual account.

Your Link Site Administrator can add users through Account Requests under the Admin tab in EpicCare Link.

If you do not know who your Link Site Administrator is, contact us at Medcenteraccess@MCHealth.net. Please include in the subject line “EpicCare Link”.

Is your practice new to EpicCare Link?

  • Select EpicCare Link Access Request below. Request access for your new site and complete all required information.
  • Submit a separate application for each provider at your practice. Provider applications allow patients to be connected to your practice and staff to submit referrals on the provider’s behalf.
  • Submit an application for each staff member who needs access to patient records or referral tools. Every user must have their own account and login credentials.
  • Designate at least one, but no more than two, staff members as Link Site Administrators. Site Administrators are responsible for managing and verifying users and should be individuals who regularly use EpicCare Link.

New User Account Setup

Once a new user’s access has been approved, the user will receive an email letting them know their EpicCare Link account has been created. The email will also include their user ID and a link to create their own password.

Refer a Patient

EpicCare Link is the preferred method for submitting referrals to Med Center Health.

Referrals submitted through EpicCare Link go directly into the appropriate scheduling workflow, helping streamline the referral process and allowing your practice to follow the status of the referral.

To submit referrals on behalf of providers at your practice, each provider must have a completed EpicCare Link application, even if the provider will not personally log in to the system.
