Dr. Downing brings his 40 years’ experience in caring for patients’ vision as he joins Ophthalmologist Christopher Areephanthu, M.D. and Optometrist Russell Heltsley, O.D. Dr. Downing provides advanced eye care for patients with a wide range of eye conditions including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, retinal disease and macular degeneration.
