Breastfeeding Basics is designed to build the knowledge and confidence needed for a successful breastfeeding journey. The curriculum focuses on the fundamentals of lactation, latching and positioning, recognizing your newborn's hunger cues, establishing a good milk supply, and common challenges and solutions. This class will also cover how to use a breast pump.
