Childbirth Series Class
December 8, 2025 @ 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm
This course is a three week course allowing you and your support person to learn what to expect during this exciting time! We will explore what to expect in the last weeks of pregnancy, how your body prepares, different pain management techniques, as well as the delivery process.
Each registration includes one support person.
This course will start on Monday December 8th, and will continue the following Monday’s (December 15th and December 22th). The first class will meet inside the Medical Center Auditorium.
