Breastfeeding Basics

“Breastfeeding Basics” is designed to build the knowledge and confidence you need for a successful breastfeeding journey. The curriculum focuses on the fundamentals of lactation, latching and positioning, recognizing newborn hunger cues, establishing a good milk supply, and navigating common challenges and solutions. This class also covers how to use a breast pump. Please bring a doll to practice proper infant positioning. The class will meet at 5:00 p.m. in the High Street Tower Grand lobby on the first floor before we proceed to our classroom.
