About Lindsay Collins, RN

Lindsay Collins grew up in a small town in Monroe County, graduating high school there in 1998. After attending WKU for a couple of years, she decided to follow her love of healing and become a licensed massage therapist. She was an LMT in the Health & Fitness Lab at WKU for five years. Lindsay was married in 2003, and after having a child (and with one on the way), Lindsay returned to WKU as a student in 2006, completing her nursing degree in December 2008. Lindsay became an RN at Commonwealth Regional Specialty Hospital in January 2009 and worked with patients at the bedside for approximately 10 years before transitioning to admissions/care coordination.
Lindsay’s loves include her family, books, music, spirituality, crafting, and time out in nature. She believes a life of love, adventure, growing, and learning is what matters the most.
