UK Transplant & Specialty Clinic at Bowling Green

The Medical Center at Bowling Green is a member of the University of Kentucky’s Organ Failure and Transplant Network (OFTN), a UK HealthCare initiative focused on providing patients in organ failure with access to state-of-the-art care, including organ transplantation. As a member of the OFTN, The Medical Center physicians and staff have received training in highly specialized clinical therapies for adult patients with acute heart and lung conditions. In addition, this collaboration has allowed for the UK Transplant & Specialty Clinic at Bowling Green, where patients with end-stage organ failure
can now be seen even closer to home.
