Med Center Health Adult Day Center

Med Center Health Adult Day Center was created to care for and support adults with physical, social or emotional needs and provide critical social interactions for those facing isolation. We have programs designed for seniors, persons with disabilities or chronically ill patients who can maintain independence with supportive services. Serving clients from across our region, we offer a special Memory Care program for persons with Alzheimer’s Disease or dementia. We feature specially-trained care staff focusing on specific needs of these patients and host regular Alzheimer’s support group meetings.
