Diabetes Foot Exam
Diabetes can be harmful to the blood vessels and nerves in your feet. If you have diabetes, you should have your feet checked once a year. Staff from Cumberland Foot & Ankle Centers of Kentucky will evaluate your feet and discuss prevention and early detection of foot problems. Find out more »Prepared Childbirth One-Night Refresher
In the event of social distancing restrictions in place, this class will be limited in size. This one-night refresher childbirth class will review stages of labor, delivery, breathing, and relaxation. This class is for those who have taken a previous Prepared Childbirth Class. Bring 2 pillows, and a blanket to lay on to practice breathing and relaxing at the end of class. Class is approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

This class will be held in person with social distancing in place. Please wear a mask. Limited registration to allow for small class size. Learn important baby care skills and discuss safety issues for newborns. An infant CPR demonstration will show parents what to do in an emergency.
