Prepared Childbirth Series
August 10, 2023 @ 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm
This is a series of classes that covers information on preparing for labor & delivery. We will learn about the onset and stages of labor and delivery. We will watch videos, discuss medical interventions, medication options and C-Section, just in case. Positioning, relaxation, and breathing will be practiced. Your registration includes one person to attend with you. If you want to take the Breastfeeding Basic class or the Newborn Care and Safety class, you will need to register separately for them. For the first class, please bring something that represents your pregnancy.

This series will meet on Thursday, August 10th, 17th and 24th. All classes will meet at the Medical Center-WKU Health Science Center conference room A.
