Prepared Childbirth Series
April 10, 2023 @ 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm
This is a series of classes that covers information on preparing for labor & delivery. We will learn about the onset and stages of labor and delivery. We will watch videos, discuss medical interventions, medication options and C-Section, just in case. Positioning, relaxation, and breathing will be practiced. Your registration includes one person to attend with you. If you want to take the Breastfeeding Basic class or the Newborn Care and Safety class, you will need to register separately for them. No need to bring anything with you to the first class.

This series will meet on Monday, April 10th, 17th and 24th. These classes will meet at the Health Science Center in conference room A.
