Are you at risk for diabetes?
March 24 is American Diabetes Alert Day. To raise awareness about diabetes, Med Center Health will be offering A1C screenings, blood pressure checks, and diabetes risk assessments. Early diagnosis and management can help improve diabetes outcomes. Call to register as appointments are limited.
