Childbirth Series Class
January 6 @ 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm
This course is a three week course allowing you and your support person to learn what to expect during this exciting time! We will explore what to expect in the last weeks of pregnancy, how your body prepares, different pain management techniques, as well as the delivery process.
Each registration includes one support person.
This course will start on Tuesday January 6th, and will continue the following Tuesdays (January 13th and January 20th). The first class will meet inside the Health Science Center Conference Room B.
