Earn Cash for Your Referral
If you refer an applicant who is hired in a full-time or part-time position, you can earn between $250 and $3,000.
Earn up to $3,000 for nurses and allied professionals
To qualify for a $3,000 bonus, your candidate must be hired into one of the following specialty positions:
- RN
- LPN
- Respiratory Therapist
- Medical Technologist
- Medical Lab Technologist
- Ultrasonographer
- Paramedic
You will be paid a total of $3,000 for a full-time hire. You will receive $1,000 after 3 months, $1,000 at 6 months of employment and $1,000 at their 1-year anniversary.
If your candidate is hired into a part-time position, you will receive $1,500. You will receive $500 after 3 months, $500 at 6 months of employment and $500 at their 1-year anniversary.
Earn up to $1,000 for support roles
Med Center Health will also offer up to a $1,000 referral bonus paid to you when you refer an applicant who is hired into one of the following positions:
- Kitchen Aide
- Patient Dining Associate
- Cook
- Housekeeping Attendant
- Patient Care Assistant
- Resident Care Partner
- Surgical Tech
- EMT
You will be paid a total of $1,000 for a full-time hire. You will receive $500 when the employee starts employment, and $500 after the employee has completed 3 months of employment.
You will be paid a total of $500 for a part-time hire. For part-time referrals, you will receive $250 when the employee starts employment, and $250 after they have completed 3 months of employment.

If you have candidates that you would like to refer to Human Resources, they can submit an application online at mchcareers.net, and select Employee Referral when answering “How did you find out about this position?” Please make sure they list your name on the application for “Referred By.”
