The BEE Award (Be Extraordinary Everyday) recognizes the impact that Clinical Support Staff have on a patient’s overall experience. Clinical Support Staff includes clinical nursing assistants (CNAs), patient care assistants (PCAs), unit clerks and other clinical support members. Med Center Health presents the Daisy Award to honor and celebrate the skillful, compassionate care nurses provide every day. But we all know that you can’t have daisies without outstanding bees. These support staff members consistently demonstrate excellence through their clinical experience and extraordinary compassionate care. Recipients of the BEE Award are recognized as outstanding role models in our organization and community.
