Vendor Application – Women’s Conference
Submit this form before August 30, 2025, to become a vendor for the 2025 Women’s Conference, “A Day Just for Women.” Booth size is 8’x10′. Due to limited space, only single booths are available. Only Featured Sponsors will have a double booth. Booth rental fee does not include registration fee for conference. If you are accepted as a vendor, you will be emailed a link to pay online for booth reservation and attendee(s) registration.
Early bird special: Register before July 15th, 2025 for a booth discount:
- Non-Profit Booth: $75
- For Profit Booth: $125
Register between July 15th and August 29, 2025:
- Non-Profit Booth: $100
- For Profit Booth: $150
Each exhibitor is asked to provide a door prize for the conference (minimum value of $25). Door prizes are given away throughout the day of conference with companies recognized at time of give away.
