NICU Donation Form for MCH Employees

On average, 1 in 4 babies who need treatment in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) require care in a specialized incubator. As we expand our NICU, we are looking to purchase three new Giraffe Incubator Carestations at a total cost of $100,000. With your donation, you can help save the lives of these precious babies.
