Guardian Angel Children’s Services

Guardian Angel Program

Guardian Angel Children’s Services is a program operated through The Community Clinic and was created so that no child would suffer needlessly due to a basic medical or dental concern their family could not afford. The mission of the program is to link children’s unmet medical and dental needs with charitable resources to reduce, or eliminate, the costs of healthcare.

Eligibility

Children who meet the following criteria are eligible for Guardian Angel Children’s Services.

  • Children under the age of 18
  • Children who live in the Southcentral Kentucky coverage area
  • Children who have a specific medical or dental need

Dependent adult children with special needs may also be eligible. Each family’s request will be reviewed in detail on a case-by-case basis.

How is Guardian Angel funded?

The source of funding for this program is 100% through donations earmarked for providing these services to children.
