Cal Turner Rehab & Specialty Care is a 110-bed long term care and rehab facility located in Scottsville, Ky. We are the only nursing facility in the 10-county Barren River Area Development District and one of only 10% in Kentucky that are Joint Commission accredited.

We are also the only facility in the region attached to a hospital offering 24-hour physician care. Cal Turner Rehab & Specialty Care is connected to The Medical Center at Scottsville, a 25-bed acute care hospital. This allows residents access to healthcare services, including emergency care, all under one roof.
