Participant FAQ

How does the virtual race work?

Complete the 5K, 10K, or 10K Wheelchair race on your own between Oct. 3 and Oct. 24, 2020. Choose your own route or run the course through downtown Bowling Green. See website for Course Map.

How do I submit my race results?

When you have completed the race, fill out the online race time reporting form at the link below. If you are picking up your participant perks in person, bring the bottom of the registration form with you.

If you have chosen to have your race swag mailed to you, we will mail upon receipt of your race time.

Results must be submitted by midnight on October 26, 2020.


Do you have to live in Bowling Green to complete the race?

No. You can complete the race from any county, city or state! Participants will be able to choose to run the traditional route or any other route of their choice.

When do I get my medal & race t-shirt?

Each participant who completes the virtual 10K Classic will receive a medal and shirt. Swag bag pickup will be communicated at the conclusion of the race period on October 24. Dates for pickup will be established in November. If you have requested your medal and shirt via mail, shipping will begin in November as well. Please stay tuned to the website and Facebook page for further information. Thank you for participating in the virtual race this year!

Will there be age group awards for the virtual race?

Because we are operating on the honor system for reporting race times, there will not be awards for this year’s race.
