Online Registration

Registration opens on June 1, 2024 and will close on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at midnight.

Med Center Health & Fitness Expo

Med Center Health & Fitness Expo will take place on Friday, September 13, 2024 from 4:00 until 7:00 pm at The Medical Center-WKU Health Sciences Complex. T-Shirt Pickup, Race Registration, and Race Bib Pickup will be available.

Pasta Party

The Pasta Party will take place on Friday, September 13 from 4:00 until 7:00 pm at the The Medical Center-WKU Health Sciences Complex. All participants receive a free ticket to the pasta party and extra tickets are available for purchase. 

Day of Registration

Race Day registration will take place on Saturday, September 14 from 6:30 until 7:15 am at Gate 6.

Race Day Packet Pickup

Day of race packet pickup will take place on Saturday, September 14 from 6:30 until 7:15 am at Houchens Industries L.T. Smith Stadium (near the Start Line).

Pre-Race Snack

All participants will have a pre-race snack ticket attached to race bib. Snack can be picked up at Houchens Industries L.T. Smith Stadium (Gate 6) from 6:30 until 10:00 am.

T-Shirt Pickup

Day of race t-shirt pickup will take place at Houchens Industries L.T. Smith Stadium (Gate 6) until 10:00 am.

5K Run/Walk

Will begin at 7:30 am. No strollers, headsets or pet walking is allowed.

10K Wheelchair Race

Will begin at 8:10 am.

Med Center Health 10K Classic

Will begin at 8:15 am. No strollers, headsets, or pet walking is allowed.

Post-Race Snack

All participants will have a snack ticket attached to race bib. Snack can be picked up at Houchens Industries L.T. Smith Stadium (Gate 6) beginning at 8:30 am.

Check in for Children’s Classic

Check in for the Children’s Classic will begin at 9:00 am on the WKU Football Stadium Concourse (Enter through Gates 5 & 6).

Race Course Closes

All runners and walkers must move to the sidewalk beginning at 9:45 am.

Children’s Classic- Grades K-5

Race begins at 9:30 am. Must be checked in at WKU Football Stadium Concourse (Gates 5 & 6) at 9:00 am.

Overall Awards

Cash Prize Drawings at Houchens Industries L.T. Smith Stadium following conclusion of Children’s Classic races.
