Rachael McFarland named 2024 Employee of the Year
On June 9, a special celebration was held to honor the 12 recipients of the Employee of the Month award for 2024. While all of these employees exemplify Med Center Health’s mission, vision and values, Rachael McFarland, a CNA with CCU at The Medical Center at Bowling Green, was selected by the Employee Recognition Committee as the 2024 Employee of the Year.
