Med Center Health Launches its 1st Cohort for the Emerging Leaders Program

Med Center Health’s Emerging Leaders Program is a 6-month program designed to invest in the growth of our organization’s future leaders. We believe that leadership is not defined by a title, but by the ability to influence, inspire and create meaningful results. This program offers high-potential employees, that have been nominated and selected by management, the opportunity to strengthen their leadership skills, deepen their self-awareness, and build their confidence to lead effectively in a complex and ever-changing healthcare environment. Through a series of interactive classes, real-world projects, and collaboration with peers across the organization, participants will explore topics such as self and leadership awareness, effective communication, strategic thinking, accountability, collaboration and change leadership. Each session is designed to connect leadership concepts with practical application, ensuring that skills learned can be immediately applied in the workplace.
PURPOSE OF THIS PROGRAM IS TO:
- Develop leaders who are prepared to step into greater responsibilities with competence and confidence.
- Build a strong pipeline of leadership talent to ensure the organization’s continued success.
- Foster participants to lead teams that are engaged, high-performing, and aligned with our mission, vision and values.
- By the end of the program, participants will not only have enhanced their leadership capabilities, but will also have built a strong network of peers who share a commitment to excellence in serving our customers, employee engagement and operational performance.
- Med Center Health is truly invested in the success of this program for our future leaders and look forward to seeing the impact this program will have in the years to come.
