Light up the holiday season
Make the Season Bright will be virtual this year, with lighting of the tree in Bowling Green livestreamed on WBKO during the 5 p.m. News on Tuesday, December 7.
The program offers a simple and heartfelt way for you to reserve a tree light in Honor or Memory of someone special this holiday season. These lights are then displayed on a special tree outside of The Medical Center through the end of the year. The funds raised will be used to benefit the Hospitality House, which is located on The Medical Center at Bowling Green campus.
A light symbolic of your gift can be purchased at the following levels:
- $100 Poinsettia Level
- $50 Silver Bells Level
- $25 Icicles Level
- $10 Add on – Purchase an additional light in honor of our frontline healthcare workers. A special strand of green lights will be added to the tree this year in honor of Med Center Health employees.
Each donor will receive cards they can send to those they honor. The donor will receive five cards at the Poinsettia Level, three cards at the Silver Bells Level and two cards at the Icicles Level. An e-card is also available to send via email.
