Good Samaritan – Jonathan Phelps

“I want to recognize a peer manager for the above and beyond ways he supports his team. Jonathan is the manager of many employees. I was first impressed with Jonathan’s organization of an ESL class to help enhance communications with his employees. Then, a few weeks ago, Jonathan reached out on behalf of one of his employees in need of furniture and household items. I knew I wanted to recognize his efforts. When I responded that we had quite a few household furnishings to share with this employee, Jonathan personally brought a truck and trailer and his 2 sons to the house to load items for their new home. Jonathan selflessly gave his personal time not only to load the furniture but also deliver and setup the furniture in the employees home. He recognized a need and helped his employee. I would very much like to recognize Jonathan for his selflessness and commitment to his work team. Job well done!”
