Congratulations to the graduates of Med Center Health’s first Emerging Leaders Program
Med Center Health celebrated its first-ever graduates of the Med Center Health Emerging Leaders Program. This is a 6-month program designed to invest in our organization’s future leaders. This program gave high-potential employees, nominated and selected by management, the chance to strengthen their leadership skills, deepen their self-awareness, and build confidence to lead effectively in a complex, ever-changing healthcare environment. Through a series of interactive classes, real-world projects, and collaboration with peers across the organization, participants explored topics such as self-awareness and leadership, effective communication, strategic thinking, accountability, collaboration, and change leadership.
