Patient Portal

Barren River Regional Cancer Center now offers the Medfusion® Patient Portal which allows patients to communicate with us through a secure, confidential and easy-to-use website. The portal provides 24-hour access to your health information. 

When you enroll in the Patient Portal, you will be able to: 

  • Correspond online with Barren River Regional Cancer Center 
  • Request appointments 
  • Access important health information from your medical record including medications and test results. 
  • View medication list and request prescription refills 
  • Obtain educational information 
  • Maintain account information including user name, password, access privileges, and email address. 

You will receive notices to your personal email account when there is important information awaiting you in your Patient Portal account.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

How do I sign up? 
To sign up for the Patient Portal, provide your name and email address to Barren River Regional Cancer Center staff. You will receive an email from Barren River Regional Cancer Center with a link to the Medfusion® Patient Portal. Click on the link and then click the Enroll Now button. 

Review the Terms and Conditions and then click I Accept. Next, enter the security token and the email address you provided to our staff and click Submit. Next Create User Name and Create Portal Password. 

I did not receive my Enrollment Email. What do I do next? 
You will need to call Barren River Regional Cancer Center at (270) 651-2478 and verify that your email address is correct. Once your email address has been corrected, you will receive your enrollment email shortly. 

I am still having trouble enrolling. What should I do? 
If you have any issues with logging into the Patient Portal, please call (270) 651-2478. 

I had a test or procedure performed at The Medical Center or TJ Samson Community Hospital, but I don’t see my results in the Patient Portal.
Our Patient Portal only contains information related to your visits to Barren River Regional Cancer Center and tests/procedures performed in our office. If you had a test or procedure performed at The Medical Center or TJ Samson Community Hospital, your information will be available in that particular hospital’s patient portal.

Can I pay my bill online through the Patient Portal?
We use a different system for patient billing.
