Woodward Scholarship winner announced
Congratulations to Taylor Lack, second-time recipient of the Gary Alan Woodward Scholarship. Taylor is currently a Student Nurse Extern, Level II. She first received the Woodward Scholarship in 2021 and is expected to graduate from the Southcentral Kentucky Community & Technical College Nursing Program in 2023.
Med Center Health Foundation, through the generosity of Jacque Woodward and her family, created a scholarship in memory of Gary Alan Woodward, her husband, to help future nurses. Gary was an RN who served his community with dedication and honor, and who died of COVID-19. This scholarship will continue his legacy. The scholarship supports a Med Center Health employee who has been accepted into a Western Kentucky University or Southcentral Kentucky Community & Technical College nursing program.
