WKDI maintains highest level of quality
Earlier this month, the American College of Radiology (ACR) conducted a Validation On-Site Survey at Western Kentucky Diagnostic Imaging. The ACR conducts validation site surveys of accredited facilities to monitor compliance with accreditation standards. In order to remain in good standing with the ACR Accreditation Programs, facilities must demonstrate their compliance with the appropriate accreditation requirements, including a quality control program. The ACR found WKDI to be in compliance with the standards of the ACR Accreditation Programs and WKDI remains in good standing.
ACR Accreditations at WKDI include Breast Imaging Center of Excellence, Breast MRI, Mammography, Breast Ultrasound, Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Lung Cancer Screening Center.
