The Medical Center at Albany receives Excellence in Quality Improvement Award

Congratulations to The Medical Center at Albany! The Medical Center at Albany Quality Team recently participated in a special project with the Kentucky Office of Regional Health. While attending the Kentucky REC Annual Conference, Albany’s Quality Team received the Excellence in Quality Improvement Award for their work on Social Determinants of Health and for their work helping connect patients to much needed resources in Kentucky.
