Rural hospitals help feed the hungry in their communities

Employees at The Medical Centers at Albany, Caverna, Franklin and Scottsville all pitched in to provide food in their areas. A total of 1,616 items were donated. These donations will help local charities feed hundreds of people.

Organizations that received items were:

• Clinton County Schools Backpack Program
• Caverna Family Resource Center
• Franklin-Simpson School Resource Center
• Community Action of Southern Kentucky Agency in Allen County
