November Employee of the Month – Jennifer Tabb
Congratulations to Jennifer Tabb for being named Employee of the Month for November 2025. Jennifer works as a social worker at Cal Turner Rehab and Specialty Care. Jennifer was nominated for her extraordinary dedication to her residents, staff members, and the families of her residents.
“Jennifer Tabb is being nominated for Employee of the Month in recognition of her outstanding dedication to Cal Turner and its residents. As the sole social worker for a 110-bed long-term care facility, Jennifer consistently goes above and beyond to support residents, their families, and our staff. Jennifer exemplifies the Med Center Health mission, “To improve the quality of life of those we serve.” She is a tireless advocate for her residents, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met with compassion and respect. Through her leadership of Resident Council, Jennifer provides residents with a platform to share both praise and concerns, using their feedback to drive meaningful improvements within the facility. Her compassion extends well beyond her professional duties. When a resident passes away, Jennifer takes the time to follow up with their families, offering comfort and reminding them how much their loved one meant to all of us. She understands that grief affects everyone differently and provides personalized support, whether through a kind conversation or a heartfelt visit, to ensure families feel cared for and connected. Jennifer has become an invaluable part of our facility and the lives of those we serve.
