Med Center Health offers school-based clinics
Students, faculty and staff at several schools in Southcentral Kentucky have the option of seeing a Med Center Health APRN. These school-based clinics offer a convenient location to receive full primary care services. They provide care to students, current and retired faculty, school employees and immediate family members of current and retired faculty and staff.
Services offered include:
• Physicals – annual, pre-employment, DOT, athletics
• Sick visits
• Wellness or routine visits
• EKGs
• Injections
• Labs (such as strep, flu, urinalysis) and lab draws
• Minor office procedures
School-based clinics are currently offered at Franklin-Simpson, Logan County and Russellville Independent Schools, Hart County and Caverna Independent Schools, and Scottsville-Allen County.
To schedule an appointment, call 270-586-7380 (Franklin-Simpson County, Logan County, Russellville, Caverna and Hart County) or 270-618-3094 (Allen County-Scottsville). In-person visits and telemedicine are available at most locations, except Caverna and Hart County are telemedicine-only.
