MCH Direct helps direct Med Center Health employees, family and friends to healthcare services they need. This service can be a valuable tool to help people navigate the Med Center Health system.
Users can find help with:
- Issues with getting timely appointments
- Learning whether or not a particular service is available within the MCH system
- Finding a doctor
- Verifying locations for outpatient MCH services
To access MCH Direct, call or text 270-796-3200. You may also email MCHDirect@MCHealth.net. While there are three contact options, via text has been identified as the most valuable.
“The benefit of a text,” said Steve Ramsey, MCH Direct Manager, “is that when MCH Direct responds, we can send contact information like physician’s address, phone numbers, and hours of operation that can be reviewed anytime on their mobile phone.”
