The Medical Center at Franklin employee featured as WBKO’s Hometown Hero after saving a stranger’s life

Ronald Alvarez is a Maintenance Tech at The Medical Center at Franklin whose quick action saved the life of a complete stranger.

On July 10, Ronald was on a trip to Lowe’s when he saw a woman frantically searching for help. Ronald followed the woman over to where help was needed and located a customer who had fallen out of their truck and was laying unconscious on the ground. Ronald assessed the person, realized they had no pulse and began performing CPR on the man.

And less than three minutes later, Ronald had brought the man back to life. Thank you to Ronald for stepping up in a time of emergency and helping keep our community members safe.
