Home Care Program receives five stars for patient experience scores

The Medical Center at Bowling Green Home Care Program has achieved the highest possible rating of FIVE STARS for patient experience scores.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) evaluates patient experience through surveys that ask patients about their home health providers’ communication, quality of care, and willingness to recommend the agency. These survey results are publicly available on Medicare’s website, providing transparency and helping patients make informed choices about their care.

The Med Center Home Health Program serves Allen, Butler, Edmonson, Simpson, and Warren counties. They offer comprehensive medical services in the comfort of patients’ homes, including skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and medical social services.

“We are very proud to have received the highest star rating in patient experience,” said Shaska Hines, Clinical Manager. “We continuously strive for excellence and are committed to fostering continuous improvement in the quality of care and patient experience.”

This prestigious rating reflects the dedication and hard work of the Home Health Team.
