Free Employee Assistance Program Available

Med Center Health has partnered with BHS as our new Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider.

Ensuring employees and family members have access to timely and high-quality EAP resources that can assist with a variety of emotional, financial and legal concerns is a top priority for Med Center Health. This program is free, highly confidential and is available 24/7 to all employees and household family members.

Here are some of the highlights of the available services:

  • Master’s level clinician for in-the-moment support and guidance when employees and family members need to speak with someone
  • Short-term counseling support, up to six free sessions per concern, per year
  • Consultation with legal or financial experts
  • Childcare or eldercare referrals
  • Lifestyle management resources
  • Monthly training or webinar series

  • Visit the MyBHS portal at portal.bhsonline.com and enter username: MedCenter to connect via Live Chat or request services through an online form
  • Download the BHS App on your phone for quick one-touch dialing and access to the MyBHS portal (search “BHS App”)
