Five from Med Center Health going ‘Over The Edge’ this weekend! Come out and support on Saturday!

Three Med Center Health employees will be going Over The Edge on Friday to support the Barren River Child Advocacy Center: Dr. Ian Stines with Med Center Health Heart, Lung & Vascular Surgeons, Dr. Ben Banasiewicz with Med Center Health’s Women’s Health Specialists, and Amy Hardin, Executive Director at Med Center Health Foundation. These three will be going Over The Edge on September 15.

Two VIP edgers from Team Health will be going ‘Over The Edge’ on Saturday, September 16, when the event is open to the public: Jess Ingram, APC, and Jessica Strunk, PA. The event will begin at 9:00 a.m. and last until 2:00 p.m. Come out and bring your family to watch the rappelling and enjoy children’s activities, food trucks and more.

Support of the Barren River Child Advocacy Center by rappelling over the edge embodies Med Center Health’s mission of caring for people and improving lives in our communities. The Center offers a child-friendly location where teams of professionals work together to pursue justice and offer treatment for child sexual abuse victims. Proceeds from Over The Edge will support these services and help the Center increase its prevention efforts.
