February Employee of the Month – Kenny Rich
Congratulations to Kenny Rich for being named Employee of the Month for February 2025. Kenny is a Materials Handler at The Medical Center at Bowling Green. Kenny was nominated by numerous clinical managers. Thank you, Kenny, for all that you do here!
“Kenny has been an amazing asset to the 3rd floor. He is always extremely helpful, goes above and beyond to ensure that our supplies are stocked, and takes the time to anticipate our needs! There are times he will appear with supplies we haven’t even requested, because he overheard someone talking about what they would need later in the day. Additionally, he seeks consistent feedback for improvement opportunities related to supplies and how/where they are stocked. When talking to him, you can tell he considers this role important, because it is his contribution to patient care. Without Kenny, we would not be as effective and efficient in our own roles. Thank you, Kenny, for being such a key player in our teams across the 3rd floor!
